​The WOEA expense voucher can be downloaded one of two ways:

Interactive voucher to complete online - download
(note: the interactive voucher is in Excel format)

All expenses, with the exception of mileage, must be accompanied by an original receipt. Expense vouchers must be submitted no later than 60 days after the event. Line items (committees, etc.) are found on page two.

Vouchers can be emailed or mailed to the WOEA office.
